Just trying to get my head around Openflow, and looking at Nicira – apparently you can configure it over ‘an IP network’, but I don’t quite understand how if the devices don’t implement a hypervisor… Apparently Juniper have announced some Openflow support in their SDK, but I don’t think that’s the same as implementing the required hypervisor functionality. Hmm – more reading required I think!
